Get More Insurance Quotes From Other Local Businesses

Owning a business can be lonely and marketing can be expensive. That's why it's a great idea to team up with other businesses that market to the same clients in order to get more quotes. Here is an easy way that you can do this in order to attract new clients without spending a lot of money.

If your agency is located in a retail location or close to other businesses, then there is a lot of opportunity to work together to reach out to a similar market. Consider an agency located next door to a popular lunchtime sandwich shop. It preferably needs to be a local restaurant with a local owner.

Everyday for several hours, this sandwich shop is packed. People are standing in line and waiting to make their order. If your agency is located close by, then it is a great opportunity to market for new quotes.

Contact the owner and see if the would be receptive to making an offer with you. Create some small cards with your agency information listed and add that the card is good for a free six inch sandwich at this one restaurant location.

For every person that gets a new quote, in the office or even over the phone, you will give them a card as a gift.

The client will then go to the restaurant and use the card to redeem their sandwich. The shop keeps the card and at the end of the week or month, bills you for the sandwiches. Many times, they will give you a discount since you are generating new business for them as well. (They might give the sandwich for free, but most likely also sell chips, drinks, and food for anyone else that came in with that person.)

From a marketing perspective, you'll spend around three to four dollars per quote which is fantastic compared to expensive internet leads or traditional advertising.

Once you have a plan in place, create a sign or sandwich board and place it outside the agency everyday during lunch. Let everyone know that they can get lunch on you when they get a free quote!

People will get quotes and you'll make sales. You'll have a low lead cost and be supporting another local business at the same time. There is no substitute in marketing for a great win-win situation.

Think about people you know that would be receptive to teaming up to attract business. Try out this marketing strategy and start reaching more local businesses.
